Casa Luna Palmilla

Luxury Rental UX Redesign + Booking Integration

Casa Luna Palmilla is a luxury vacation rental located in Palmilla, Los Cabos. The goal was to redesign the website to improve user experience, highlight property amenities, and streamline the booking process through direct integrations.

I led the full UX/UI redesign — from wireframes and prototype to development and API integrations.

A website split into sections showcasing Casa Luna, a vacation rental. The top section lists amenities like bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor pool, full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs, and more; it also features a link to testimonials. Below, three images display outdoor dining, a pool area, and a covered patio. The Casa Luna logo with a moon and star is visible. The testimonials section highlights positive reviews, and at the bottom, there are two buttons for checking availability and booking.

I reviewed competitor vacation rental sites and analyzed common friction points in the booking flow. Most users wanted quick access to availability, pricing transparency, and property highlights without navigating multiple pages.

Design Process

Wireframes were created to define the layout and user flow, followed by high-fidelity designs that emphasize a clean, modern aesthetic. The design prioritizes immersive imagery, a warm sunset-inspired palette, clear typography hierarchy, prominent booking CTAs, and mobile-first responsiveness.
